The Chinese medicine consultation by video (teleconsultation) is aimed at patients who have contracted SARS-CoV-2 or who have developed a form of long Covid.

One of the keys to recovering your body after catching the coronavirus is to support it soon after infection. Some patients continue to suffer from symptoms such as fatigue, shortness of breath or anxiety for weeks or even months.

During this video consultation, we will talk confidentially about your health problems, your feelings, as well as your medical history and lifestyle habits.

This then allows us to provide you with the tools you need to improve your health from a traditional Chinese medicine perspective.

This may include a prescription from the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, advice on acupressure points for self-massage, specific exercises or stretches related to your condition, dietary supplements and advice on your life style and food.

What is the cost of an acupuncture video consultation?

The cost of a Health Garden & Wellness teleconsultation is CHF 70.
+ CHF 20.00 for a Chinese pharmacopoeia prescription.

What kind of phone, tablet or computer do I need?

Video consultation works with any phone or tablet Android or iOS released in recent years, or any Mac or PC with a webcam and a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, or IE 10+).

What to do if the video or audio connection is bad?

This rarely happens, because we use a reliable and secure solution, developed in Switzerland, Kmeet. In case this happens, it's usually because of a faulty Wi-Fi or mobile network. Fortunately, our therapists have your contact details and can call you back. We can even continue the consultation by telephone, if necessary.

Is my information secured? Will the meeting be private?

We use the free and secure Kmeet videoconferencing solution, developed by infomaniak. No one is listening in the room where our therapists are. You are therefore assured of the greatest privacy to talk about your health.

What can I expect, is the video consultation reliable?

After following the appointment booking procedure below, you will receive an SMS 10 minutes before your appointment containing the link to access the consultation. Our doctors are certified and experienced in this practice and have access to your Health Garden & Wellness file. They will collect a detailed history and take you through a video examination, which lasts approximately 30 minutes.

Where should I present the prescription provided by the therapist?

At the end of the session, we will send you the prescription by email with the contact details of the pharmacy-herbalist specializing in Chinese therapeutic products closest to your home.

Does my complementary insurance cover this consultation?
